    Great plate that you can grip SYMMETRICALLY

    This plate truly stands out for this one important feature – you can grip it symmetrically with hands exactly opposite each other. Every other plate on Amazon seems more focused on style than function. The other plates are mostly divided into thirds with three grip points but none symmetrical. Hard to believe but true. One thing that surprised me was this plate is about 25% smaller in diameter than a full size plate but I’m fine with that. Only real gripe – I wish the grip areas were more round/tubular than square so they would be easier on the hands but not really a big deal for me. It only had a slight rubbery smell which went away quickly. There is so much you can do with the plate like this – highly recommended!!
