1. Nuts not grinding well?
Results vary with nut type and moisture. For best results, chop larger nuts or soak them briefly before grinding. This helps the blades process them evenly.
2. Burning smell and sudden stop?
This is the overheat protection kicking in. Unplug the grinder and let it cool completely (50-60 mins) before restarting. If it happens often, contact support for troubleshooting.
3. No fill lines inside the cup?
The MAX fill line is marked on the cup’s outside to prevent overloading. Internal lines aren’t included because optimal filling varies by ingredient texture and density.
